Current Openings: Operations and Sales Manager
Sales Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients or customers through phone calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or sales pitches. The goal is to initiate relationships with new prospects and drive sales opportunities.
Run Instagram Campaigns and Manage Initial Responses: Manage Instagram campaigns to increase brand visibility, engage with followers, and generate leads. This includes monitoring and responding to first-level inquiries, comments, or direct messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement with potential customers.
Operations Responsibilities:
Oversee and Track Planned Farming Activities: Manage and track the execution of agricultural activities, ensuring that the operations are aligned with the established goals and timelines. This includes coordinating with the team and monitoring progress to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Assist Founders in Planning and Executing Customer Events: Work closely with the founders to plan and organize customer-focused events. This includes assisting with the ideation, logistics, and overall event strategy, while also taking full responsibility for the seamless execution of these events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce + MBA
Freshers or having 1-2 years of experience in sales.
Good Communication skills
Staying in and around Pune
